Renault India expands to 638 touchpoints, opens new'R store in Ranchi
Renault India has expanded its nationwide network to 638 touchpoints, strengthening its presence with the inauguration of Jharkhand's first new'R store in Ranchi, enhancing customer reach.

Renault India has expanded its nationwide retail and service network to 638 touchpoints. The milestone comes alongside the inauguration of Jharkhand’s first new’R store in Ranchi, marking a strategic step in strengthening the brand’s presence in emerging markets.
With this addition, the carmaker’s footprint now includes a mix of dealerships, workshops, and mobile service solutions designed to cater to both urban and semi-urban customers.
A notable aspect of this expansion is the inclusion of 200 workshops on wheels, which form a key part of Renault India’s outreach strategy. These mobile service units are aimed at extending aftersales support to remote and underserved areas, ensuring that customers have access to maintenance and repair services without needing to travel long distances.
The newly inaugurated facility in Ranchi contributes to this growing network by combining both sales and service operations under one roof. Spread across more than 3,000 sq. ft., the setup includes multiple display units, dedicated service bays, and a delivery area, reflecting Renault’s focus on creating a seamless and customer-centric ownership journey.
This expansion underscores Renault India’s broader commitment to enhancing its retail ecosystem through modern formats like the new’R concept, an urban, experiential showroom design that prioritises intuitive layouts, premium customer touchpoints, and immersive product interaction.
By scaling up to 638 touchpoints nationwide, Renault India is not only increasing its physical reach but also strengthening its aftersales backbone, a critical factor in building long-term customer trust in a competitive automotive market like India.
