Bishnah (SC) is one of the 90 assembly constituencies in the northern Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It falls under the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly and is also a part of the Jammu Lok Sabha constituency.

Notably, Ankush Sharma, the winner of the 2020 season of the popular Indian quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati (Season 12), hails from Bishnah.

According to the 2001 Census, Bishnah had a population of 9,141, with males constituting 55% and females 45% of the population. The average literacy rate in Bishnah is 72%, with male literacy at 79% and female literacy at 64%. The 2011 Census data indicates that the citys demographic composition is predominantly Hindu (97.87%), followed by Muslims (0.84%), Christians (0.76%), and Sikhs (0.46%).

In the 2014 Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly elections, Kamal Verma from the Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) won the Bishnah seat.
