Kaij (Sc) Assembly Constituency

Kaij (SC) is located in Beed district and is one of the six Assembly constituencies in the district. The constituency covers the entire Kaij tehsil and parts of Ambajogai and Beed tehsils. It is reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes.

Kaij is part of the Beed Lok Sabha constituency, along with six other Assembly segments in the district, namely Parli, Majalgaon, Georai, Beed, and Ashti.

In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, BJP's Namita Mundada won the Kaij seat.
