Pune Cantonment (SC) is an Assembly constituency located in the Pune district of Maharashtra. It is part of the Pune Lok Sabha constituency. The area is significant as a military cantonment, established in 1817 to accommodate soldiers. It hosts several military establishments and is renowned for its shopping areas, particularly MG Road and East Street. The headquarters of the Southern Command of the Indian Army is located in Pune Cantonment.

In the 2019 elections, Sunil Kamble of the BJP won the Pune Cantonment seat by a margin of 52,160 votes. His closest competitor was Ramesh Anandarao Bagwe from the Congress, who secured 47,148 votes. In the 2014 elections, Dilip Kamble, also from the BJP, was elected as the MLA from this constituency.
