Brisk polling was witnessed in various places in Kerala on Tuesday with 48.71% of 2.74 crore electorate having already cast their vote by noon in the Kerala assembly elections being held under the shadow of Covid-19 pandemic.
Kerala Chief Minister PInarayi Vijayan, Health Minister KK Shailja, Finance Minister Thomas Isaac, BJP leader E Sreedharan and Congress MP Shashi Tharoor were among some of the leaders who exercised their right to vote.
