Amartya Sen calls 10 per cent quota as muddled thinking

Nobel laureate and economist Amartya Sen termed the 10 per cent quota for economically backward people among upper castes as muddled thinking and added that country needs more education not quotas.

In an exclusive interview with India Today's Consulting Editor Rajdeep Sardesai, Sen also said that govt should scrap the sedition laws.
