The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) undergraduate examination has been cancelled following a widespread paper leak, prompting a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe.
Dominican opposition leader Lennox Linton in an exclusive interview with India Today TV claimed that Mehul Choksi was removed from Antigua with the help of Dominica government in order to by-pass ongoing extradition proceedings. Lennox Liton claimed that the boat arrived in Dominica on May 23, the day Choksi claimed to have been abducted on, and not May 25. Lennox Liton added that according to some reports Mehul Choksi was picked up by the coastguards in the waters itself before the yacht docked in Portsmouth.
The Dominical leader said the incident has brought shame to Dominica and has demanded an investigation in the matter. Lennox Liton said Mehul Choksi should be brought to book but within the realms of the law.
