In an interview with Rajdeep Sardesai, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor defended the Congress against PM Modi's remarks that the party was too busy "looking at that skies to see the reality on the ground".
Shashi Tharoor pointed out that while PM Modi criticised the Congress, his government has not been able to deliver on its promises made in 2014.
"This government has not delivered on a single promise of 2014. What PM Modi promised in 2014, has he been able to deliver any of that?" Shashi Tharoor asked.
He also said that promises like the dramatic increase in GDP growth rate to returning Rs 15 lakh of black money per Indian into this country were not fulfilled.
