Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday challenged Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. PM Modi asked Odisha CM to name all the districts in Odisha without taking help from any written note.
"I want to challenge 'Naveen Babu' as he has been the Chief Minister for such long, ask Naveen Babu to name the districts of Odisha and their respective capitals without seeing on a paper," PM Modi said, addressing a rally in Odisha.
