A statue of Periyar was razed near Tiruppattur Municipal Corporation in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Incident took place hours after BJP leader H Raja on social media said that after razing the statue of Lenin in Tripura it was now turned of Periyar statues in Tamil Nadu.
Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) office was attacked by unknown miscreants in Chithapudhur area of Tamil Nadu's Coimbatore.
And, Sri Sri writes a letter to All India Muslim Law Board seeking an out of court settlement.
