Day 10 box office collections see sharp jump
As per early estimates from trade website Sacnilk, the film earned a nett Rs 62.85 crore across 18,786 shows on Day 10. This marks a 50.5% increase from the previous day's nett collection of Rs 41.55 crore. The film's total India gross collections have reached Rs 930.44 crore, with nett collections standing at Rs 778.77 crore.

Breaking down the Day 10 collections by language, Hindi leads with a nett of Rs 58 crore from 16,400 shows and an occupancy rate of 45%. Telugu follows with Rs 3 crore from 1,373 shows at 34% occupancy. Tamil contributed Rs 1.40 crore from 675 shows with 42% occupancy, Malayalam Rs 0.15 crore from 187 shows at 30% occupancy, and Kannada Rs 0.30 crore from 151 shows at 28% occupancy.
The franchise, boosted by the success of the second instalment, has now entered the Rs 2,000 crore club worldwide when combined with the first film. Despite not releasing in the Gulf market, Dhurandhar 2 is closing in on global benchmarks set by recent blockbusters.
Plot and production details
The film tells the story of an undercover Indian intelligence agent who infiltrates criminal syndicates and political power structures in Karachi, Pakistan. His mission is to seek revenge for the 26/11 attacks while confronting larger threats.
Dhurandhar 2 was shot back-to-back with the first part, with principal photography starting in July 2024 in Bangkok and wrapping up in October 2025. Filming locations included Punjab, Chandigarh, Maharashtra, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, and Thailand.
