Actor Alia Bhatt was seen with Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc during a promotional event at the Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday, after she had earlier met with another F1 driver, Carlos Sainz. A video from the event has been widely shared on social media and shows Alia greeting Leclerc with a smile.

In the clip, Leclerc appears to turn back to help Alia as she makes her way up the stairs. Alia, meanwhile, seems more focused on managing her flowing gown. The moment, at a L'Oreal event, quickly gained traction online, with several social media users reacting to the interaction between the actor and the racer.

Meanwhile, Alia fans on social media can't keep calm. One user wrote, "Alia Bhatt and Charles Leclerc omg???? (sic)."

For the evening, Alia wore a blue gown and kept her make-up and accessories minimal, letting the outfit stand out. Leclerc wore a black suit with a clean-shaven look and tousled hair.

Alia's Cannes appearances so far

The latest video comes shortly after Alia's meeting with Carlos Sainz. Her presence at the festival has been closely followed, with each appearance generating discussion on social media.

Earlier at Cannes, Alia made her red carpet debut this year in a peach-toned gown with a plunging neckline. She styled it with a coral neckpiece and a long flowing drape.
