Arvind Swami on censorship, #MeToo movement and Mani Ratnam at Conclave South 2018

Actor Arvind Swami opened about working with director Mani Ratnam, #MeToo movement, and his take on films censorship at India Today Conclave south 2018. The actor has some strong reservations against CBFC and political censorship in the country.

When asked about his take on film censorship, Arvind Swami said, "There is a censor board. But the parameters are not relevant anymore."

Swami also revealed that he is going to turn director next year for a Tamil film.

Arvind Swami said he would like to act in more Mani Ratnam's films.

The actor was last seen in Tamil film Chekka Chivantha Vaanam.
