About Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita got married on December 4, 2024, in a traditional Telugu Hindu ceremony at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad.

The venue holds special significance for the Akkineni family, having been established by Chaitanya's grandfather, Akkineni Nageswara Rao. Several prominent names from the Telugu film industry, including Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli, attended the wedding.

Before his marriage to Sobhita, Naga Chaitanya was married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The former couple announced their separation in October 2021 after four years of marriage. In a joint statement at the time, they said they had decided to part ways as husband and wife after much deliberation, while continuing to cherish the friendship they had built over the years.

Meanwhile, Chaitanya has also been in the news over a plea filed before the Delhi High Court seeking action against allegedly defamatory content and false reports related to his past relationship with Samantha.

According to his counsel, the court recently issued an interim injunction concerning the unauthorised use of the actor's name, image and videos, and also issued notices to certain websites. The detailed order was not available at the time of reporting.

Chaitanya and Samantha first met on the sets of Ye Maaya Chesave and later worked together in Autonagar Surya before getting married in Goa in 2017.
