Actor Ram Charan has praised the performances of Mrunal Thakur and Adivi Sesh in their latest film, Dacoit. The 41-year-old actor expressed his admiration for the movie on X, saying that he "thoroughly enjoyed" it.
He praised Adivi Sesh for delivering a "solid and memorable performance" and commended Mrunal Thakur for bringing "great depth" to her role.

In addition to applauding the lead actors, Ram Charan appreciated the entire cast and crew for their strong performances. He highlighted the backing of the project by Supriya Yarlagadda and Annapurna Studios, acknowledging their "absolute conviction" and the film's high technical standards.

Dacoit box office performance and plot
The film, which also stars Prakash Raj, Sunil, Atul Kulkarni, Zayn Marie Khan, and Kamakshi Bhaskarla, is having a modest run at the box office. According to trade website Sacnilk, the film has collected Rs 25.50 crore in India net within six days, with a total India gross of Rs 29.69 crore. Overseas collections have added Rs 12.00 crore, bringing the worldwide gross to Rs 41.69 crore.
The narrative of Dacoit follows an angry convict seeking revenge on his ex-girlfriend. The story evolves into an emotional journey of love, betrayal, and revenge, written by Adivi Sesh and Shaneil Deo.
Ram Charan's upcoming project
Ram Charan will be next seen in the film Peddi. Written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film also features Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu. It is set for release on April 30.
