A non-bailable warrant has been issued against former Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa in connection with a POCSO case. He is accused of molesting a 17-year-old girl.

Meanwhile, Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara said that Yediyurappa will be arrested in the POCSO case if need be, adding that the state's Criminal Investigation Department (CID) will decide on it.

However, Yediyurappa has filed an anticipatory bail plea in the Karnataka High Court. The court has listed the matter to be heard tomorrow.
