Big jolt to BJP in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has received a big jolt in the Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh assembly electon 2018 results. The saffron party has bagged 109 seats in MP and has been unseated in key states like Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh, with 73 and 15 seats, respectively.

The Congress party, on the other hand, has missed the magic number in Rajasthan and MP by a whisker. The Rahul Gandhi-led Congress fell short of majority mark by one seat in Rajasthan and two in Madhya Pradesh. It has, however, emerged as the single-largest party in both the states.
