Police have arrested Mayank Singhvi over the suicide of his wife Anissia Batra, who killed herself on July 13 at her Panchsheel Park home in New Delhi.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has put the onus on the states to check such incidents on cow vigilantism and lynchings, saying no one can take law into their hands.
