Maharashtra crisis: Can Uddhav Thackeray save his govt?

Addressing a press conference amid the political crisis in Maharashtra, NCP chief Sharad Pawar today said the fate of the Maha Vikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra will be decided on the floor of the assembly.

Pawar said, "The fate of the MVA government will be decided in the Assembly, not in Guwahati (where the rebels are camping). The MVA will prove its majority on the floor of the House."

Meanwhile, earlier in the day, Shinde has claimed that he has the support of 42 of the Sena's 55 MLAs.
