Citizenship Act protests: Political conspiracy or people's movement?

As the anti-Citizenship Amendment Act protests spread from Northeast to other parts of the country, Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has blamed Congress and "communal forces" for the widespread violence in the state over the last two days.
