Israel attacks 'terrorist compound' beneath mosque in West Bank's refugee camp

The Israeli airstrike on Sunday targeted a compound beneath the al-Ansar Mosque in the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank. According to the Israeli military, the compound was being used by Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad to organize "an imminent terror attack." In the strike, at least one Palestinian was killed, and three others were injured, as reported by the Palestinian Red Crescent. Palestinian officials have stated that since October 7, when Hamas launched its surprise attack, at least 84 Palestinians have been killed in clashes with Israeli forces in the West Bank.
