An India Today Special Investigation Team exposed how LPG cylinders are being hoarded and sold in the black market across Delhi at up to five times the normal price, amid shortages caused by the ongoing Gulf war. While in Maujpur, shop owners agreed to arrange cylinders illegally for Rs 3,400.
