Kerala Election Exit Poll

An exit poll is a survey based on responses collected from voters as they leave the polling booth after casting their vote.

An opinion poll is conducted before voting takes place, whereas an exit poll is conducted after the voting process.

Exit polls are considered indicative only until the official election results are declared.

Releasing exit polls before the completion of voting in the final phase is prohibited by the Election Commission.

Exit polls are usually released on the evening of the same day after polling concludes.
