Conclave Mumbai 2023: Vijay, Jaideep, Sujoy open up on 'Jaane Jaan' success

The Mumbai Conclave 2023, the flagship event of India Today is being organised right now. On October 1, the cast of the recent Netflix film 'Jaane Jaan' attended the event. Jaideep Ahlawat, Vijay Varma along with the director, Sujoy Ghosh graced the conclave. 

Vijay Varma, who played a cop in 'Jaane Jaan', shared that he is really desperate to work in a comic film. He said, "I want to try and may fail miserably but I like the genre."

Jaideep Ahlawat also played a key role in the crime thriller. Upon being questioned about his serious roles, Jaideep revealed that he has been rejected and it is alright to face the same. He added, "When you enter the industry it feels like you can do anything but they (filmmakers) are not able to see it. It is okay to be rejected. I am sure it makes you a better person. I think Handling rejections is a part."

'Jaane Jaan' is currently streaming on Netflix. It also features Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead role.
