More children testing positive for Covid-19 during second wave in India

During the second wave of the pandemic in India, children are more susceptible to the virus and this is possibly due to the new variant. Children as young as five years of age are being severely affected.

In this report, parents of Covid positive children share their experiences and paediatricians shed some light on the symptoms and treatment for children with Covid. Vaccines for children are currently in the trial stage.
