Punjab, Delhi governments claim shortage of vaccines

Ahead of the third phase of India's Covid-19 vaccination drive, starting May 1, Punjab and Delhi governments have claimed a shortage of vaccines.

Delhi health minister claimed that it doesn't have vaccines for now to start the vaccination drive.
