India Today-Axis-My India exit poll: Tejashwi alliance looks set to sweep Bihar elections with 139-161 seats

A young Tejashwi Yadav looks set to sweep Bihar elections on the back of youth frustration over the state's crippling unemployment and over the government's handling of the migrant crisis induced by the virus lockdown earlier this year.

India Today-Axis-My-India exit poll shows the Yadav-led Mahagathbandhan cruising to victory, securing anywhere between 139 and 161 of Bihar's 243 constituencies. The ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA), on the other hand, finishes at a distant second with 69-91 seats, according to the poll.
