BJP releases 'Pishi Jao' slogan attacking Mamata Banerjee

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) launched a song with a twist to the popular 'Bella Ciao' number mocking Mamata Banerjee with 'Pishi Jao'. BJP released a catchy Bengali version of the popular protest song 'Bella Ciao' that features in the Netflix hit Money Heist. BJP has replaced 'Bella Ciao' with 'Pishi Jao', in an indirect reference to Mamata Banerjee and her nephew Abhishek Banerjee.

Sharing the 'Pishi Jao' song, BJP said in its tweet, "A tune from Communist Italy, sung to protest against atrocities, echoes once again in West Bengal as people stand up to the injustices of the ruling dispensation. Our ideologies may differ, but the language of protest always rings true." Watch video.
