Manipur MLA Vungzagin Valte passed away after three years of medical complications caused by a brutal mob attack during the ethnic violence in Manipur in 2023. The BJP legislator, who was attacked during the violence, died this weekend. Despite the gravity of the incident involving a sitting MLA, those responsible for the attack have still not been prosecuted or convicted.
