Why a viral letter targeting CM Pushkar Dhami is a political hot potato in Uttarakhand
The ruling BJP denies its MLA Arvind Pandey wrote the letter; the Congress says the allegations are serious and warrant an SIT probe

He called for probe by a special investigation team (SIT) into the matter and even challenged the BJP to file an FIR against him, saying that such a step would bring out the truth, including the trail of communication linked to the letter.
