Air pollution in Delhi-NCR degrades; AQI crosses over 300

The air quality in Delhi plunged into the 'very poor' category on Sunday at 9:51am, with the overall Air Quality Index (AQI) docked at 304.

While the AQI in Gurugram surged to 331 entering the 'very poor' category, the AQI (very poor) of Noida was at 314 on Sunday.

With the withdrawal of the monsoon, the air quality has been degrading in Delhi-NCR.
