All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi slammed Union Home Minister Amit Shah and the BJP for its Telangana manifesto which promised to implement the Uniform Civil Code would be implemented in the state if the party came to power.
He accused the BJP of practising "hate politics".
Shah, who released BJP's manifesto for the Legislative Assembly polls, said a committee would be constituted on UCC.
