Bihar encephalitis horror: Death toll touches 145

The death toll due to Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES) on Saturday mounted to 145 in Bihar. 127 deaths have been reported from Muzaffarpur district alone while over 600 children have been affected by encephalitis in 16 districts of Bihar.
