Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash has alleged that he was manhandled on Monday evening by MLAs in the presence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Apparently, a heated argument between the chief secretary and the MLAs led to the incident.
The Delhi Chief Minister office, however, denied the assault charges. The office further claimed that the chief secretary had misbehaved with the MLAs, saying he is not answerable to them but to the L-G, and then walked out of the CM's residence.
