FIR against Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma as border dispute with Mizoram escalates

The Mizoram Police has booked Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on charges of attempt to murder and criminal conspiracy over the recent clashes at the interstate border on July 26.

Alongwith the chief minister, four senior Assam police officials, two bureacrats and 200 unidentified Assam Police personnel have been named in the FIR accesed by India Today TV.
