Hathras case: Let high court monitor CBI probe, says Supreme Court

Supreme Court on Tuesday has said neither is there any immediate need to move trial in the Hathras case to a court in Delhi, nor for Supreme Court to monitor the CBI probe.

CJI SA Bobde while hearing a plea said on Tuesday, “All aspects are being gone over by the high court and the CBI will report back to the high court.”
