Johnson & Johnson to begin India trial of its Covid vaccine

US pharma giant Johnson & Johnson, the only manufacturer with a single-dose coronavirus vaccine, announced that it will begin clinical trials in the country. As coronavirus daily cases hit a record high of 1.31 lakh in the country, India is looking to ramp up its vaccine doses amid high demand. Several states – Maharashtra, Rajasthan, among others – have also claimed that they are running out of supplies. For more, watch the full video.
