Mumbai building collapse: Blame game over mishap continues

The death toll in Mumbai building collapse has reached 13 while many still remain trapped. The blame game between Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) and BMC continues. While the MHADA denied that the building was under its jurisdiction, the BMC claims that the 70-year-old building is a cessed building and comes under the MHADA.
