Plea in SC seeks details of reported Congress-Chinese Communist Party pact

A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court of India against the Indian National Congress (INC), its current president Sonia Gandhi and former president Rahul Gandhi. In the plea, the petitioner has sought details of a 2008 agreement between the Congress party and the Communist Party of China (CPC).
