Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot accuses BJP of poaching

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has lashed out at the BJP over alleged attempt to overthrow his government.

Gehlot, while speaking with media persons through Video Conference in Jaipur, mentioned, "I am here to discuss with you the situation in the country and in the state, the condition of the economy and the future of this government. During the Corona era, I have been trying to take everyone together to put up a joint fight against Corona but the BJP has crossed all limits of humanity. During the Corona pandemic, BJP is trying to overthrow my government."

"These are shameless people. There is a limit to their shamelessness. They got two seats by taking away 7 MLAs in Gujarat. They tried same thing in Rajasthan but we nullified their attempts. Because of Congress MLAs and support from other MLAs, we got two seats but they are such shameless people that they have been again resorting to their tactics.", Gehlot said.

The Special Operations Group (SOG) of Rajasthan has picked up two BJP leaders for interrogation in the case regarding alleged attempt to destabilize Ashok Gehlot government in Rajasthan.
