Raman Singh says he's confident of winning fourth term as Chhattisgarh CM

With elections round the corner, the big question is if Raman Singh will get a fourth consecutive term as Chhattisgarh chief minister.

Speaking about a consecutive possible term, He told India Today that conditions are a bit more favourable now as compared to 2008 and 2013 because of the policies being formed at the Centre.
