Uddhav Thackeray vs Narayan Rane a battle of egos?

Hours after getting bail over his 'slap Uddhav' remark, Union minister Narayan Rane defended his remarks and added that he did not say anything wrong.

Addressing a press conference, Narayan Rane took on the Uddhav Thackeray govt saying he won't let Maharashtra turn into another Bengal.
Rane also claimed that Thackeray had also said that Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath "should be beaten up with sandals".

So, is the Thackeray vs Rane a battle of egos? And should politicians mind their language?
