After a long silence on the current political crisis of Rajasthan, former Chief Minister and BJP veteran Vasundhara Raje on Saturday said that the people of the state are paying for the "discord within the Congress party".
In a tweet, Vasundhara Raje said, "It is unfortunate that the people of Rajasthan are paying for the discord within the Congress."
The BJP leaer's statement comes at a time when amid high-tension between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot. Meanwhile, after the audio tapes sotrm, in which Sachin Pilot camp MLAs were allegedly heard discussing ways to topple the Gehlot government with BJP, the Congress party has suspended two of its rebel MLAs.
