In preparation for the G20 Summit, hotels in Delhi are planning to impress the delegates with their culinary offerings.

Emphasising sustainability and local produce, the Taj Mahal Hotel will introduce the delegates to the nutritional value of millets through various dishes. Pullman and Novotel will serve dishes made from ingredients grown in their in-house garden. JW Marriott plans to host a millet bar, featuring salads, dates, nuts, and fruits, along with dishes that highlight the diversity of Indian and international cuisines. These preparations aim to provide the delegates with a taste of India's diverse cultures and cuisines.
