Meghalaya woman slain in front of father

27-year-old Phyrnailin Kharsyntiew was allegedly murdered by a man in a crowded market in Meghalaya’s Mairang. The suspect, believed to be her former partner, slit her throat in front of her father. Locals caught and handed him over to the police. A case has been registered.
