Bengal doctors' strike: Is Mamata losing grip over governance?

As the strike by junior doctors at the Nil Ratan Sircar (NRS) Medical College in Kolkata enters fourth day, Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee slammed BJP and accused its leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah of creating communal tension in the state.

Coming down heavily on the protesting doctors, Mamata had given them an ultimatum asking them to withdraw the protest by 2 pm, or be ready to face strong action. However, doctors defied the deadline and said agitation will continue till their demands are met.
