Phase 4 of Lok Sabha Polls ends; Bengal on the boil again; more

Curtains come down on phase 4 of the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections in which 72 constituencies across 9 states caste their vote. Over 59.25% voter turnout were recorded till 6 pm.

BJP candidate Babul Supriyo's vehicle was vandalised outside a polling station after a fight erupted between BJP and TMC workers. The clash resulted in a police lathi-charge, injuring several people.
