Christian Michel extradited; Crucial SC hearing on CBI, more

The alleged middleman in the Rs 3,600 crore AgustaWestland chopper deal, Christian Michel, was extradited to India from the UAE late Tuesday night. Michel will be produced before a special CBI court today.

The Supreme Court will resume hearing in the plea filed by the CBI chief Alok Verma challenging the Centre's decision to divest him of all powers. Verma maintains that the Centre does not have the right to remove him.
