Maharashra records 1,495 coronavirus cases in 24 hours; Over 500 new cases in Tamil Nadu; more

Maharashtra recorded 1,495 coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours till 6.30 am on Thursday morning. The count of coronavirus positive patients in Mumbai crossed the 15,000-mark on Wednesday after 800 more persons were found infected, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said.

Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu recorded new 502 cases in the last 24 hours till Thursday morning.
