Hafiz Saeed threatens to wage war against India: Is it time to declare Pakistan state sponsor of terrorism?

Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed has threatened to continue war against India stating that PM Modi is imposing Hindutva in Kashmir.

A video has surfaced where Hafiz Saeed can be seen saying the war against India will continue.

Saeed addressed a rally in Lahore yesterday where he made the comments.

Meanwhile, Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Afridi has vowed to "protect" Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed and his party.

So, is it time for India to declare Pakistan a state sponsor of terrorism?
